The registration fee for vendors is $150.00 per 10' wide space, with no refunds after May 24, 2027. This does not include any dinner for the Saturday night Grand Gala. You will need to purchase addition meals for those who would like to attend. Due to insurance and liability requirements, all vendors must be registered guests of LCS in order to participate in any of the LCS functions. By participating in the London Cobra Show, vendors agree to release and hold harmless the Ohio Cobra Club, the London Cobra Show, Madison County, City of London, OH, and the Marriott Hotel, from any and all liability.
